Covid-19 Cancel or Defer
RC20 has been cancelled due to novel Coronavirus.
Our ticket seller, BPT, will allow us to offer all current passholders (who didn’t cancel or defer passes prior to event cancellation) a 2021 deferral or full refund. Passholders who don’t choose to cancel will have their passes automatically deferred to 2021 and will receive an email confirmation of their deferral. There will be no additional processing fees charged for deferrals or cancellations now that the convention has been cancelled.
There are no refunds for processing fees paid for cancelling or deferring prior to the convention being cancelled.
Previously Deferred Passes:
If RollerCon is cancelled, we will “double defer” for passholders who deferred in 2019 and redeemed their pass for RC20. Those passes will automatically defer to 2021 and an email confirmation will be sent.
- If the passholder did not redeem the 2019 deferral pass for RC20, they don’t have an active deferral, so nothing happens and the pass expires (like always).
- 2019 deferrals cannot be cancelled / refunded.
- Cancel for a full refund
- Please request a refund before May 30th, noon Pacific, HERE.
- Please fill out the form for each individual pass refund you’re requesting.
- You will receive an email confirming that RollerCon has processed your cancellation no later than June 5th.
- Please allow up to 12 weeks for BPT to process your refund
- Defer your pass from RC20 (or RC19 deferral) to RollerCon ’21
- Do nothing! If you don’t request a refund, your pass will automatically roll over to RollerCon ’21.
- Mark your calendar; RollerCon ’21 is July 21 – 25, 2021
- You will receive an email (to the address you gave us at purchase) confirming your deferral in June of this year.
- You will receive another email next Fall with information to redeem your deferred pass.
For questions not answered here, please email coordinator@rollercon.com. Please be patient for reply; we’ll be processing thousands of cancellations and deferrals.
