  • RC convention events are 7/15 – 19th.
    RC early reg is 7/14.
  • RC Group rates are available from Saturday 7/11/20 – Tuesday 7/31/20.
  • These rates are for Premium rooms with 2 guests (additional guests = $20 each)
  • Rate expires June 30th or when they sell out (usually late Spring).
  • Reservations charge your card for one day, refundable cancellation 72 hours before arrival. Rooms sell out, so rather than cancel, please offer unwanted rooms at RollerCon Ride & Room Shares fb board.
  • Resort Fee is $29.95 *per day* and it is optional under our group rate. Resort Fee includes:
    • WIFI for 3 devices in the room (does not include convention areas).
    • Cardio Room access for up to two adults

Why stay at Westgate RC group rate rather than shopping around?

The RollerCon group rate is probably not the cheapest room you can find in the summer in Vegas. But staying in another hotel – even one nearby – can *at least* 45 minutes to your travel time to get to convention events (that’s not an exaggeration; it takes upwards of 30 minutes to get to events from inside the Westgate); the hotel and convention areas are that big. When you factor in getting parking and getting in and out of the convention areas, you will spend a lot of time traveling and far less time having fun. Our group rate also has benefits you can’t get if you book outside the block, including 24 hour pool party, Saturday night’s Black n Blue Ball (you must have a hotel key to get in the elevator to get to the pool after 7pm), and optional resort fees – discounted rooms on internet sales sites all charge mandatory resort fees that add up really fast. All RC attendees benefit from the group rates, as well, because the hotel gives us sweet amenities (like 24 hour pool) and puts up with a lot more shenanigans when they balance it against the revenue they earn from our room nights.
